We just got family photos taken at Sears this morning and I couldn't wait to get them posted. :)  It was my Mother's Day present.  I hope you enjoy them!

Hi everyone!

Dominic had his 9 month checkup last week.  He weighed in at a whopping 26 lbs (100th %!!) and is 30 inches long (95th %).  He's a healthy, growing boy. :)  He has the rolling thing conquered and is now finally trying to work on the crawling.  He will pull his knees up under him, but when he tries to lift his head up to look around he falls on his belly again.  Poor baby wants to go so badly and gets frustrated when rolling doesn't get him there fast enough.  I am dreading the day he starts to crawl because I know I'm in for it then!!  He had two more teeth come through so he's up to 4 now.  His toothy grin is so adorable.  We've been trying to give him more table food and he's really getting good at feeding himself.  He definitely has his likes and dislikes and isn't afraid to tell you about it!

Here is a picture of Dominic meeting the Easter bunny for the first time. He didn't cry, but wanted to take the bunny's glasses off!

We dressed Dominic up in one of Tony's baby outfits and took a picture with an almost identical background.  It is just scary how similar they look!  I promise he's got some of my genes in him, somewhere!!

Well, Dominic is almost 8 months old now!  He has his first two teeth coming in and has become a master at rolling in every direction.  Now we have to work on crawling.  We posted some new pictures, so enjoy!

Dominic had his 6 month check up today. He woke up with a stuffy nose and cough yesterday, and it turns out he's got ear infections and a cold. The pediatrician put him on medicine so hopefully it doesn't end up as bronchitis. We have to go back in next week to make sure. He weighed in at 21 lbs 6 oz and is 29 inches long.

Since our last update he went on his first plane ride to Georgia, had his first Thanksgiving, first Christmas, and first New Years. He was also baptised on January 11th. So we've had a pretty busy few weeks.

He's growing up so fast! He can now roll from his back to his stomach, but he refuses to roll the other way. He's almost strong enough to sit up by himself and he loves to stand up on his very strong legs. He's still eating solid food like a champ and now that he's 6 months old we get to upgrade to some fun mixed foods, we'll see how that goes!

Dominic had his 4 month check up on November 13th. He weighed in at a whopping 18 lbs 6 oz and is 26 inches long!!  He started solid food and wasn't sure about it at first. Now he is chowing down on oatmeal cereal like crazy. Soon he'll be eating steak and potatoes at this rate. He's also already wearing size 6-9 month clothing. Other than that, all is healthy and happy and we are looking forward to celebrating his first Thanksgiving and first Christmas!

Well, we took Dominic to the doctor today for his 2 month visit and the little turkey weighed in at 13 lbs 11 oz and 23 1/2 inches long. If you don't remember, he was 8 lbs 10 oz and 21 inches at birth, so he is growing at a ridiculous rate. No wonder the poor thing is always hungry and why Mommy's back hurts all of the time! Also, we posted a new Dominic Album on the site and will add new pictures as often as we can! We'll have his next stats at 4 months.
